Green Light for Luxury Student Residence at Former Virgen Reina School in Zaragoza

Be Live Residence, located in the former Virgen Reina school at 9 La Paz Street in Zaragoza, will receive its operating license this Thursday from the City Council’s Urban Planning Department. The permit marks another step toward opening the student accommodation, whose launch has been delayed several months by renovation work.

The project includes a total of 77 accommodation units in the heart of the Aragonese capital, at the corner of La Paz and Héroes del Silencio streets. The residence was scheduled to open this academic year, but construction delays and the need to correct some defects forced its opening to be postponed.

PREMIUM STUDENT RESIDENCE

Be Live Residence is presented as a premium student residence, offering single rooms with private bathrooms, along with various services and facilities for residents. Amenities include a gym, library and study rooms, coworking spaces, game areas and communal lounges, as well as an outdoor garden.

Its location is one of its main attractions, as it is situated in central Zaragoza with public transport connections and close to the main university areas. The granting of the operating license brings the opening of this new accommodation closer, although the municipal authorization alone cannot confirm a specific date for the arrival of the first students.
