The event aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and management models between municipalities and create a national space for collaboration around the challenges facing public administrations. The first edition will occupy Halls 1 and 2 and feature nearly 100 exhibitors and more than 100 speakers. The initiative is promoted by Zaragoza City Council and Feria de Zaragoza, with the collaboration of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).

The fair will combine an exhibition area with technical sessions, presentations, round tables and professional meetings. Topics will include innovation and digital transformation, sustainability, energy and the environment, urban planning, social services and health, culture, sport, general services and emergency management.

One of the featured areas will be the Emergencies and Security Pavilion, dedicated to emergency management, civil protection and public safety. There will also be five forums focusing on issues such as accessibility, climate-neutral cities, innovation in the public sector and oversight of public spending.
