Famous Zaragoza city-center burger restaurant seeks new owners: “An established business”

Located at number 4 Calle Cádiz, Ham! Fresh Burger has become a meeting point for burger lovers, particularly thanks to its gourmet offerings and recipes in which cheese is one of the main highlights.

NEW OWNERS SOUGHT FOR ITS BEST-KNOWN LOCATION

Now, this well-known establishment, which has welcomed numerous Zaragoza residents, is seeking new owners. As highlighted in the transfer listing, the restaurant is located “in one of the most privileged and busiest locations in central Zaragoza.”

In addition to its central location, the premises feature two terraces, are soundproofed and are presented as an “established business.” The restaurant has 100 square meters of usable space and is available for purchase or lease. The current sale price is 110,000 euros, while the rent is 3,500 euros per month.

HAM!’S FAMOUS BURGERS

Although the restaurant has its own burger creations, one of the main attractions on the menu is the chance to create a completely customized burger. Customers can choose between three types of meat —beef, chicken or plant-based— and combine different ingredients to suit their tastes. In addition, each month they offer a special burger that is available for a limited time only. Among their most popular starters are ribeye croquettes, cheese sticks and French cheese boards.

The transfer listing was published approximately one month ago and, for now, the establishment is still looking for new owners. It is an opportunity to continue the story of a burger restaurant that, over the years, has carved out a place among burger lovers in the heart of Zaragoza.
