The two plots have been awarded to the companies CCC Ora Gestión SL and Casta Diva Gestión SL. The former will develop plot C-67, for which it will pay €3,936,647.88, while the latter has been awarded C-68 for €3,934,617.50. Each site will allow 96 basic-category protected homes to be built, after both plots received three bids during the public tender process launched in July.
THE PLOTS EACH COVER 1,500 SQUARE METRES
The plots each cover 1,500 square metres and have a maximum buildable area of 11,430 square metres. Of this total, 10,080 square metres are designated for protected collective residential use, while the remaining 1,350 are reserved for other compatible uses. The award process also takes into account criteria related to building design, energy efficiency, construction timelines and the financial terms of the bids submitted.
The successful companies must complete payment and formalise the public deed before 16 December 2026. They must also provide a final guarantee equivalent to 5% of the award price and apply for the planning permit and provisional classification within a maximum period of three months. The deal will allow the city council to receive more than €7.8 million for the two plots, helping promote new protected housing developments in Arcosur.
