The call for bids for the service concession contract has already been published in the Official Gazette of Teruel Province (BOPTE). Interested parties have 20 calendar days from its publication to submit their offers through the electronic office of Las Parras de Castellote Town Council.
A BAR WITH A NEW KITCHEN AND SUMMER POOL SERVICE
The person taking over the premises will be responsible for operating the establishment, as well as its maintenance and cleaning. The multiservice venue has a new kitchen and pool service during the summer months, two features that expand the business’s potential.
As for electricity and heating costs, the successful bidder will only have to cover half of them. In addition, to make it easier for the new operators to move in, the town council offers the possibility of free housing if the successful bidder needs it.
Bar La Malena has been closed since October 13 due to work being carried out in the kitchen. According to the town council, the establishment will reopen once the refurbishment work is completed.
HOW TO APPLY TO RUN BAR LA MALENA
The contract will be awarded through a points-based system with two main criteria. The financial offer will be worth a maximum of 50 points, starting from a tender price of zero euros, which applicants may match or improve. The other 50 points will be awarded for work experience in similar activities, with one point granted for each documented month.
