The works will involve the complete renovation of the property known as "Casa Morraja", which was previously acquired by the Town Council. Three rental apartments will also be created in a building that was in a state of disrepair, located on Calle Callizo Carcases. The works will allow its structures and foundations to be remodelled.

The grant will provide a total of 253,000 euros for these improvements, supplemented by the Town Council's own funds. With this financing, approximately 60,000 euros can be allocated to each of the three homes and around 130,000 euros to the building that will be completely renovated.

As a result, La Iglesuela del Cid will have four new rental homes, with the aim of attracting new residents and taking another step in the fight against depopulation.
