These figures represent an increase of 47.15% across Territorio Dinópolis and 47.09% at the main park, Dinópolis Teruel, compared with the Pilar holiday weekend in 2025. It should be noted that the two periods have different calendars: although there was one additional holiday-weekend day in 2025, Monday the 13th was not a public holiday in all of Spain’s autonomous communities, unlike Monday the 12th this year.
“We are very satisfied with the figures recorded over these four days. Many families and groups of friends chose Dinópolis for a getaway and to discover our main park and the sites spread across the province of Teruel,” said Higinia Navarro, general manager of Dinópolis.
Saturday, October 10, was the busiest day, with 2,638 visitors to Territorio Dinópolis as a whole, 2,310 of whom visited Dinópolis Teruel. “The strong reception recorded during the Pilar holiday weekend demonstrates Dinópolis’ ability to attract visitors from different parts of Spain and contribute to boosting tourism in our surrounding area. These results are the fruit of the entire team’s daily efforts and of a unique experience combining science, education and leisure,” Navarro said.
VALENCIAN COMMUNITY AND ARAGON LEAD VISITS
During the Pilar holiday weekend, the ranking of visitors by autonomous community was led by the Valencian Community (63.63%), followed by Aragon (11.18%), the Community of Madrid (7.76%), Catalonia (5.75%) and Castilla-La Mancha (3.42%).
By province, most visitors who chose Territorio Dinópolis as their destination during the holiday weekend came from Valencia (41%), followed by Alicante (11.45%), Castellón (11.18%) in third place, Madrid (7.76%) in fourth and Zaragoza (6.24%) in fifth.
Dinópolis Teruel will remain open on weekends until December 30, as well as during public-holiday weekends and on Fridays, November 6, 13 and 20.
