The Aragon Health Award, established in 2025, is honorary and recognizes the professional or institutional careers of individuals or legal entities, whether public or private, as well as Aragonese institutions or associations that have carried out outstanding and sustained work in support of people’s health.
Alongside the general career achievement award, the call includes four specific categories: the Aragon Health Award for Innovation, the Award for a health initiative at the local and community level, the Equity Award, and the Award for the promotion of knowledge, information and communication.
REQUIREMENTS FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations may be submitted from tomorrow until October 9, 2026. They must include a report of no more than ten pages detailing the career of the nominated person or entity, the importance of the project or action carried out, the category being entered and the reasons for the nomination.
The jury responsible for assessing the nominations will be chaired by the Regional Minister of Health, Ángel Sanz Barea, and will include officials from the governing bodies of the Department and the Aragonese Health Service (Salud), as well as representatives of organizations or professional associations whose work is related to health.
