Organized by the Vice-Rectorate for Students and Employment in collaboration with the different campuses, these events combine a festive atmosphere with information and guidance for students. Music, games, prize draws, participatory activities and information points allow students to learn more about the services, associations, resources and participation opportunities available to them during their time at the University of Zaragoza.
The common objective of these initiatives is to promote student integration, strengthen the sense of belonging to the university community and facilitate access to the academic, cultural, sports, social and employability resources offered by Unizar.
HUESCA CAMPUS
The Huesca Campus held its welcome party this Tuesday near the Río Isuela University Sports Centre and the Vice-Rectorate. During the morning, around 900 students took part in games and prize draws, enjoyed music and visited the various information points set up by university services, student associations and social organizations.
After showing their Unizar ID, participants also received a welcome passport to have stamped at the different stands and later redeem at the food and non-alcoholic beverage trucks.
TERUEL CAMPUS
The Teruel Campus held its welcome event on Wednesday, September 16, in the Vice-Rectorate courtyard. Around 900 students—including new enrollees, students returning to campus and participants in national and international exchange programs—enjoyed live music, information booths, prize draws, gifts and food and beverage points in an atmosphere of meeting and socializing.
IN ZARAGOZA
In Zaragoza, the welcome event took place this Thursday on the rugby field at the San Francisco campus, where around 5,000 students gathered to enjoy a day of socializing with music and games and to visit the 20 institutional, service and social organization stands, where university merchandise was also available.
