The Blanquillo side will therefore play their match during the first window set by the RFEF for this Copa round. It will be Ibai Gómez's team's debut in the knockout competition, after they were eliminated by Burgos in the second round last year following a victory over Mutilvera.

The midweek match will be played between league fixtures against Europa and Villarreal B, meaning the Basque coach's management of playing time will be important, knowing that the rest period during that stretch will be shorter than the players are used to.
THREE DAYS OF REST
The match at Can Dragó against Europa will be played on Friday the 23rd at 9:15 p.m., meaning Real Zaragoza will have three full days of rest before facing Tudelano.
After the cup match, the Blanquillo side will again have the same amount of recovery time before facing Villarreal B at Ibercaja Estadio on Saturday, October 31, at 9 p.m. It will be a very important week for Real Zaragoza as they look to remain near the top of the league table and advance as far as possible in the Copa del Rey.
