Ander and Tachi were already seen at Real Zaragoza’s offering carrying flowers to the Virgen del Pilar, while Rubén Díez wore the captain’s armband over the weekend. Escudero’s selection is the most notable, as he is a newcomer this season.
Three of Real Zaragoza’s four captains were signed during the summer transfer window. Of the four, Tachi is the only one who was already part of the blue-and-white squad last week.
