The derby between Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid always produces controversy and ugly or obscene moments. The gesture going viral on social media was made by former Real Zaragoza manager Gabi Fernández, now one of Cholo Simeone's assistants.
Gabi Fernández's crude gesture toward the Real Madrid bench during the derby

Gabi has always been hot-headed, and DAZN cameras and the Super8 programme captured the moment of high tension between the Madrid native and the Real Madrid bench during the match. While looking at Rüdiger and one of Mourinho's assistants, the Madrid coach grabbed his private parts and taunted the Real Madrid players.

The gesture enraged the German centre-back, another regular in this type of incident. This led the fourth official to order both benches to calm down and return to their respective technical areas.

The tension did not ease one bit, and Gabi continued taunting his opponents. His lips could even be read saying, "you're all mouth," probably directed at Mourinho's assistant. The gesture by the former Real Zaragoza coach has already won him the support of his own fans and the hatred of the opposing supporters.
