"In view of the news that has emerged in recent days, I have decided to submit my voluntary resignation in order not to harm the interests of the organization and to help mitigate the public vilification to which I am being unjustly subjected. I would also like to clarify that at no time have I deliberately or repeatedly disrespected anyone. If anyone has felt offended by any of my expressions, I would like to state that this was never my intention," his statement begins.

In the letter, he also clarifies that "this does not imply any acknowledgment of the accusations made against me, which I consider exaggerated, unfair and taken out of the real context in which they occurred".

THE OPENED DISCIPLINARY FILE

"I also wish to state that, from this moment on, I expressly reserve the right to take any legal action available to me in defense of my honor, privacy and own image against the dissemination of information, statements or content that could violate those rights. Likewise, I want to make clear that the file opened by the club in connection with these events is strictly internal and confidential and was prepared without verifying the facts recorded in it with me," he adds regarding the actions he plans to take and the disciplinary file.

Finally, he closes his statement by expressing his gratitude to the families and players who have supported him during this time.
