Real Zaragoza’s training session began with applause and ended with applause. In between, Rubén Díez was absent due to a fever, while there was plenty of ball work. Pereira, who was carrying a knock from the previous match, also left after the warm-up.
Real Zaragoza’s players, under the orders of Ibai Gómez, worked extensively with the ball. They began with quick passing and dribbling exercises. Pass, pass, pass and pass before quickly moving forward with the ball.

As far as their passing was concerned, everyone performed relatively well – some better than others, but with a collective passing grade – for this level. And when it came to moving forward with the ball, Peter Ademo was king. The midfielder’s strength is overwhelming. If he also had a little more technique, we would be looking at a player from another level.
Sticking with the ball, the dribbling exercises were followed by small-sided football drills. Another name emerged here: Óscar Ureña. The Real Zaragoza winger showed his ability to produce sudden, unexpected bursts that led to some eye-catching goals. He also received applause.
SIGNATURES AND GREETINGS
At the end came the traditional signatures and greetings for the fans. Several players received considerable acclaim from the stands at pitch 5 of the Ciudad Deportiva. Real Zaragoza enjoyed a day of Zaragoza fandom, with a fair number of people in the stands. Although the turnout was not excessive, it was considered sufficient to enjoy a pleasant day.
Players and fans came together in applause at around 12:30 p.m. That brought an end to an open day during which a good number of supporters accompanied Real Zaragoza at the start of the week.
