As for the Senate, the list is headed by Raúl Blasco, a farmer, livestock breeder and Teruel Existe councillor on Muniesa City Council. Beatriz Martín is second; she was already a senator during the 2019-2023 legislative term and is currently first vice-president of the Teruel Provincial Council. Daniel Sancho, a political scientist and current secretary-controller for the municipal grouping of Peñarroya de Tastavins City Council and Fórnoles City Council, is third.
Teruel Existe president Tomás Guitarte will try to recover the seat the party won in the 2019 elections, when it was even the most-voted political force in the province, but which the PP took in the latest general election. Its coalition partner, Aragón Existe, has already announced that it will run neither in Zaragoza nor in Teruel.
