Accompanied by the secretary general of the PSOE in Aragon, Pilar Alegría, the president of the Zaragoza Provincial Council, Juan Antonio Sánchez Quero, and the spokesperson for Zaragoza City Council, Lola Ranera, provincial secretary Teresa Ladrero has outlined the strategy for this campaign, which she said will be tough because “hatred has become fashionable” due to the PP and Vox.
THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT’S ACHIEVEMENTS
Ladrero has called on party members to explain the achievements of the current Spanish government, such as economic growth above that of neighboring countries including France, in order to win the upcoming election and ensure that Pedro Sánchez becomes president again.
Regarding the PP, the mayor of Ejea de los Caballeros also criticized the party for questioning postal voting, starting with Ayuso and followed by other leaders such as the president of Aragon, Jorge Azcón, about whom she said Feijóo had “pulled him up short.” She also criticized them for casting doubt on the elections when they are represented on the Electoral Board and at polling stations by their appointed representatives.

“The PP has lost all decency and is now the same as Vox,” Ladrero said. She warned of the proposal recently revealed by Figaredo from the latter party to privatize pensions, a measure that in her view would only ruin them. “It is a dirty trick against Nolasco when he continues visiting care homes,” she said.
Part of Ladrero’s speech focused on the role of both parties in the Aragonese Parliament. She criticized them for refusing to support the investigation committee on La Romareda and the study committees on wildfires and data centers. “We propose many initiatives, but they are all overturned,” she added.
She also had words for the Government of Aragon. The Socialist said that its claim about the 86 homes promoted by the Lambán government is false and that the regional executive is responsible for ensuring that data center companies pay the Economic Activities Tax in Aragon rather than to the central government. She also criticized it for failing to address the municipalities.
