The team from A Coruña controlled the game by maintaining a slight lead throughout, although Contazara tried to respond with every attack to close the gap. The visitors were reduced to six players after Carro was sent off, and the score at halftime was 14-19 to the Galician side.

The second half began with Contazara looking to quickly reduce the deficit. Oier Ruiz was key, scoring three consecutive goals at the start of the second period. However, every attempt to get closer on the scoreboard was countered by Diogo Gonçalo De Freitas Pereira and Jacob Díaz Ajo. The strategic adjustments made by Fernando González Gutierrez proved effective; his team managed the quick transitions well and took advantage of the opponent's defensive weaknesses to prevent the Aragonese side from overturning the deficit.

BADA CLOSE IN ON TOP SPOT

The Aragonese side's counterpart is Bada Huesca, with Nolasco's team continuing to fire on all cylinders and claiming their third consecutive victory after beating Dólmenes Antequera (29-34). The Huesca side have six points and are level at the top of the table with Helvetia Anaitasuna, the Navarrese team that sits first thanks to its superior goal difference.

The game began poorly for Bada Huesca, who saw Antequera make the most of the spaces offered by the Huesca defense to score. In fact, this was the key reason the home side went into halftime leading 19-15. Nolasco's players were obliged to react if they were to claim victory.

The team from Alto Aragón demonstrated its excellent tactical ability by alternating quick counterattacks with controlled moves from central and wing positions. The pressure placed on them proved too intense, leading almost invariably to unforced errors or unnecessary turnovers and giving Bada Huesca the decisive advantage needed to win the game.
