The organizers expect more than 2,000 runners from Spain and other countries, mainly from France and Portugal. They have also announced plans to improve the three courses for this new edition.
As the course runs through the mountains, the safety of all runners will be ensured by more than 200 volunteers stationed along the different sections. Physiotherapy and recovery teams will also be available to assist participants with their recovery.
RACES AND BIB NUMBERS
The race has three categories, with the 42K serving as the main event. However, those who do not feel ready to take on the marathon can compete in the 28K or 19K.
Bib numbers will be distributed as follows: 750 for the 42K, 650 for the 28K and 500 for the 19K. That adds up to 1,900, but participation is expected to be much higher due to the date of the event and the reputation it has built in recent years.
