A tour of the Historic Quarter, a riverside walk along the Ebro or a visit to the Royal Maestranza of Cavalry are among the tourist activities available this weekend at a special price. To mark World Tourism Day, celebrated next Sunday, September 27, the City Council will offer a 2-for-1 promotion on several tours and visits on September 26 and 27.
This year's international celebration is held under the slogan "Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism," focusing on the potential of artificial intelligence to promote smarter, more inclusive and sustainable tourism. Its goals include improving decision-making, strengthening the sector's capabilities and advancing both the visitor experience and the management of tourist destinations.
2-FOR-1 PROMOTIONS
On Saturday, September 26, the 2-for-1 promotion will apply to guided tours led by tourist information officers through the Historic Quarter and along the Riverside Promenade, as well as to visits to the Royal Maestranza of Cavalry and the "Two Cathedrals" tour. In the latter case, admission to La Seo is not included in the promotion.
That same day, an accessible tour specifically aimed at people with physical disabilities will also be offered and will be included in the 2-for-1 promotion. The program will continue on Sunday, September 27, with the promotion applying to the guided tours led by tourist information officers through the Historic Quarter and along the Riverside Promenade, as well as to the visit to the Royal Maestranza of Cavalry.
