The Spanish boy band had an appointment with its fans in the main Interpeñas tent at 9:00 p.m. The concert also came at a special moment for the group: it would take place just six days before its farewell at Madrid's Barclays Center.
Daniel Fernández, Álvaro Gango, David Lafuente, Carlos Marco and Blas Cantó made up Auryn at the time, a band that had achieved significant popularity in previous years. Their appearance in Zaragoza thus became one of their final performances before the hiatus announced that summer.
General admission tickets for the concert cost 20 euros, while “golden” passes were priced at 30 euros. The latter allowed access to the band's soundcheck from 7:30 p.m. and also included a private bar beside the stage.
Fans could buy their tickets online and in person at the headquarters of the Federación Interpeñas de Zaragoza, located at 25 Florentino Ballesteros Street. Tickets were sold there Monday through Friday in the morning and afternoon, while sales of tickets and passes began at 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
The October 9 performance placed Auryn at Interpeñas in the days immediately before the farewell announced by its five members. That is how we reported it in Aragón Digital 10 years ago, in the original story about Auryn's final concert in Zaragoza before its farewell in Madrid.
