"We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services," the company said, without specifying which features are affected or how many users are experiencing the consequences of the incident.
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services. We can confirm that all our customers’ money and data are safe. We’ve been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologise to anyone affected and for any inconvenience caused. — Revolut (@Revolut) October 20, 2026
Revolut said the problems were detected during the morning and that its technical teams have been working since then to find a solution and restore the platform’s normal operation.
The financial institution also sought to dispel any concerns about the security of users’ funds and personal information. "We can confirm that all our customers’ money and data are safe," it stressed in its statement.
Revolut also apologised to customers affected by the reported problems. "We’ve been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologise to anyone affected and for any inconvenience caused," it said.
For now, the company has not said when it expects to fully restore its services, nor has it detailed the causes of the outage.
