Correos is opening its jobs portal from this Thursday, October 1, for new candidates to register ahead of the hiring planned for the Christmas campaign, one of the postal company's busiest periods of the year.
Correos Opens Recruitment Drive to Strengthen Staff for Christmas Campaign

People interested in working at Correos during the upcoming Christmas campaign can now submit their applications through the Correos jobs portal.

The opening is aimed especially at those who have not previously worked at Correos, as the call-up system will give priority to staff from the employment pools and workers who have already provided services at the company.

REQUIREMENTS TO WORK AT CORREOS

According to the information provided for this process, applicants must meet a series of basic requirements:

Be at least 18 years old. Hold a School Leaving Certificate or an officially recognized equivalent qualification. Have Spanish nationality or a valid work permit. Not currently have a permanent employment contract with Correos. Hold a license to drive 125cc motorcycles if applying for motorized delivery positions. Be geographically available within the province and the area indicated in the application.

WHO NEEDS TO REGISTER?

The planned order for making calls is an especially important consideration for applicants.

First, Correos will turn to staff who remain available in its Employment Pools. Subsequently, it will contact people who, although they are not part of those pools, have previously worked at Correos and are considered suitable.

These two groups do not need to register again.

By contrast, people who have never worked at Correos and want to apply for one of the jobs offered during the Christmas campaign must register through the jobs portal.
